Texas Whirlwinds Weddings is owned by Jim and Christy Kinzer as a small multi operator Complete Mobile Wedding Service serving the Galveston and Houston Texas area's.

Christy is degreed from San Diego State University in Home Economics' with specialties in clothing design and culinary arts. She has over 20 years experience in wedding and party planning and has her own line of designer clothes and alterations under her business label "By Christy".

All of the stage clothes you see on our website are designed by Christy.

Christy takes special care in wedding planning and coordination to be unique to each bride and provide the finest wedding services regardless of budget. Her talents in floral design are personalized to each of 'her brides' and takes a personal satisfaction in each one.

Jim has degrees in Business, Psychology and Nursing and has been in music and entertainment for 30 years.

Jim has created five different sound systems that gives Texas Whirlwinds the flexibility to play any size of venue with the finest sound quality you should expect from a professional Disc Jockey.

Jim takes great pride in Texas Whirlwinds music library and has compiled a priceless collection of every song imaginable.

Jim and Christy teamed up in 1999 and became incorporated as Jim and Christy Inc. dba Texas Whirlwinds DJs and have a long list of very satisfied clients spanning many years.

Texas Whirlwinds has been recognized by Houston City Search.com as the best party DJ for 2006-2007.
